How To Measure
You're ready to play and all that's missing is the right equipment? Good thing you found us, our store is full with high-quality products designed to make you happy (in some way or another *wink*). But before you can start your kinky experiences, it's crucial that you buy cuffs, collars and jewelry in the right size so that they fit you perfectly.
To determine your size is not that hard. All you need is flexible measuring tape. If you don't have that, take a quick look at the end of this guide for an alternative.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR NECK SIZE:
1. Make sure you're wearing a collarless top and get in front of a mirror. Stand up straight and relax your shoulders.
2. Wrap your tape around the thickest part of your neck (usually that's just below the Adam's apple). It should be resting lightly on the skin, no pressure at all. It's important that you can still comfortably breathe (yes, even if you're into choking).
3. Read the measurement at the spot where the end of the tape meets your size.
4. Repeat that 3 times to make sure you got an accurate measurement.
5.Add around 15 mm to your final size to make sure you'll always have enough room to take deep breaths and move around. Do not skip that step!
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WAIST SIZE:
1. Get topless or wear something really snug and get in front of a mirror. Stand up straight and relax your shoulders.
2. Wrap your tape around the smallest part of your waist (often times that's the soft part under you rib cage and above your hip bones.). It should be resting lightly on the skin, no pressure at all.
3. Read the measurement at the spot where the end of the tape meets your size.
4. Repeat that 3 times to make sure you got an accurate measurement.
5. Add 0-20 mm to your final size to make sure you'll always have enough room to take deep breaths and move around. Do not skip that step!
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR ANKLE/WRIST SIZE:
1. Don't wear anything over your ankle or wrist and keep your joint in a natural and relaxed position.
2. Wrap your measuring tape around your joint (for the ankle go right arount the part that's directly over the ankle). It should be resting lightly on the skin, no pressure at all.
3. Read the measurement at the spot where the end of the tape meets your size.
4. Repeat that 3 times to make sure you got an accurate measurement.
5. Add around 5 mm to your final size to make sure you'll always have enough room to move around. Do not skip that step!
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HAND SIZE:
1. Start by getting rid of braclets and watches. Don't wear anything over your wrists.
2. Find your wrist: make a fist and locate your wrist. Wrap the measuring tape around it. Avoid measuring too tightly or too loosely, as that will affect the measurement.
3. Read the measurement at the spot where the end of the tape meets your size. Repeat this 3 times for good measurement.
4. Add around 5 mm to your final size to make sure to have enough room for moving.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A MEASURING TAPE?
If you don't have any flexible measuring tape lying around and don't want to go to the next crafts or hardware store to buy some, there is always an alternative. Simply use a piece of string instead. To measure just keep your finger placed on the correct spot and then lay the piece of string out flat to measure it with a ruler. Make sure to get it straight in order to get your correct size.
